We had a wonderful week long stay in Stephanie's condo last week. It was clean, comfortable, and included all the essentials we needed traveling with a toddler - cribs, toys, beach gear, stroller & high chair. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and a Keurig with tons of pods. The neighborhood was quiet, and the condo was only a short walk to Law St. beach. We were also able to walk to numerous local coffee shops and restaurants. Thanks so much, Stephanie & Melina - we had a great time, and definitely recommend your accommodation!

Our family had a wonderful stay! I've stayed at a few Airbnb’s - this home had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were super comfortable, the front yard was beautiful and the house overall was spacious. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The host was wonderful and easy to communicate with!

The home was great. The location was perfect- close to beach, shops, restaurants, etc but surprisingly quiet at night. And having a dedicated garage to park in was much appreciated in this neighborhood. We appreciated all the beach towels/beach toys included in the home. And we had plenty of space for two adults and three teenagers. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! Perfectly located between the bay and beach sides, close enough to restaurants and activities while still feeling quiet and peaceful. Stephanie was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

From the moment I made the reservation, to the moment we checked out we felt very taken care of. We loved all the extra supplies for the beach. We were traveling with a one year old, so it was great not having to haul a bunch items, it was all there. Super clean, great location. We hope to do it again next year!

A few things impressed me and my family: 1. My kids love kitchen toy station and toy food sets. 2. Double stroller, sand toys and everything needed for kids playing or beaches are fully stocked, clean and ready-to-use, saved us so much time and effort. 3. Responsive and helpful staff, organized home (rack hanger to dry clothes/towel, step stool, high chairs) made staying really convenient. 4. Nice layout (large living room, child protection on sharpe edge) and other small details made me worry less when letting kids play around.

My group of 5 girls loved this air bnb! It is easy check in and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Quick walk to the beach and endless food options. We really appreciated all the extras like beach towels, a wagon, and beach chairs. Highly recommend this air bnb!

We loved our stay at Stephanie’s place! The location is perfect to go to the beach. It’s very close and the wagon provided helps you bring all that you would need. The property was very clean, and we had plenty of space. We were provided with everything that we needed for the kitchen and for beach days. The host was easy to communicate with. We would stay there again!

Exactly as advertised. No notes. The space was clean, comfortable, and incredibly well equipped for both adults and kids. You can tell a lot of thought went into anticipating guest needs, from the blackout curtains and baby gear to the fast WiFi and beach toys. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. Communication from the hosts was thorough, friendly, and timely, and check-in was a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect stay! The condo is immaculate. Everything about staying there is straightforward and easy. Stephanie’s place had everything you need to go to the beach! We could not have had a better stay in PB. I wish every beach stay came with what this place has.
