It's a short walk to Cedros Avenue (the heart of Solana Beach) with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore.

Our Luxury Beach Townhome has just been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms and central A/C. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with streaming and free WiFi as well as a TV in the master bedroom. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, and dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal. Three spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms can accommodate 7 people plus an infant comfortably. Bedrooms feature king-size bed and crib in the master suite, queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds (plus a twin trundle) in the third bedroom! There is a desk and ergonomic chair set up in the queen bedroom. Our rental comes with a full size crib for the little one to sleep, a high-chair, stroller, bed time stories, and beach toys. Our home is perfect for any sized family looking for a great beach getaway! Park in front of the townhome in the two car carport. We provide all the beach gear your family will need! We have boogie-boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella. We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us, including extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels. We also have full size washer and dryer in the unit, and we provide laundry detergent. We are experienced owners who take great pride in managing our six vacation rentals in Pacific Beach and now one rental in Solana Beach. We strongly encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance.
