The townhouse was lovely, spacious and had everything needed for our party of 6. It was super close to the heated pool and 2 min walk to the beautiful beach. A quick easy drive to San Diego, Legoland, La Jolla, etc. Some our favorite local restaurants: Dukes, Sidecar donuts (they even delicious GF ones) and Granger Gardens (for coffee, pasties and pet bunnies to love on). Stephanie was a great host - easy to communicate with and lots of good recommendations!

This property is a gem and our 2 families (9 total) would stay here again for sure. The location is within a 5-10 min walk to the beach and restaurants. The house and backyard were perfect for families offering games, books and outdoors a spa and putting green. Everything we needed was in this house and the beds...so comfortable. We would book again.

Stephanie’s place was amazing! The apartment is clean, well stocked and perfectly located. One block to the beach and great food options can’t be beat! The apartment has an amazing set-up for young children including beach toys, running strollers and a play kitchen! We loved staying here and it made our stay in San Diego easy and enjoyable.

You book a house near the beach because you want to visit the beach. This house had everything you need for a fun day at the beach: umbrellas, chairs, strollers, boogie boards, toys and wagons to haul everything.
The outdoor areas are a shared space which allowed us to meet our neighbors but most of the time we had it to ourselves as we all had different meal times. Looking forward to coming back next year.

We booked this when the price dropped, so we can't speak well to the value of the rental at full price, but everything was truly wonderful here. Books, toys, strollers, beach items, games, laundry...it really had it all for our family of 5. Everything was clean, organized, and the property was gorgeous. If we could afford to stay here again, we would in a heartbeat.

Very comfortable for our family of 4. Close to the beach and downtown Pacific Beach. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the house. Beds were very comfortable, and there were lots of towels. Kitchen had everything we needed.

We had a great time in Pacific Beach, largely due to the wonderful Airbnb we found. The space is near the beach, walking distance. And there are lots of great restaurants nearby as well. Thanks Stephanie for all your help, we had a fantastic time!

Stephanie’s place was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and orderly. Location was close to the beach but private and peaceful as well. I highly recommend and would love to stay there again!

We had a great time! The house was exactly as pictured and the location was excellent. Our kids (4 and 6) had a perfect bedroom setup and the garage with sand toys, etc was a lifesaver! We will definitely stay again!

Excellent stay and value. House was as clean and well stocked as described. Our small kids appreciated the huge collection of toys and games including beach supplies, the coffee supplies were extremely convenient, and the patio and hot tub well maintained. Highly recommended!
