Ideally located one block to the beach and in the heart of Pacific Beach, this 2 bedroom 2 bath upstairs condo has been completely remodeled and beautifully decorated, equipped with A/C, TV, parking, and a shared enclosed yard with BBQ with a play area and another patio in the back. One block to restaurants, shops, Brandy Melville, and bike rentals! Beach/baby gear provided. Internet speed is 500Mbps.

Good to know

For sleeping arrangements, we have 2 large bedrooms, with a king size bed in the master bedroom, and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom, perfect for kids. We also have a pull-out couch in the living room. All bedrooms has blackout curtains. For the little ones, we offer a crib, pack 'n play, high chair, and single and double strollers. The beautiful enclosed patio is shared among the four units in the building. It offers plenty of space for residents to work, cook at the BBQ, and watch children play on the grass. We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. There is a laundry room on site, and we provide laundry detergent. House Rules

Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. Enclosed front yard and back patio are shared among 4 units. No parties. Quiet hours 9pm-9am. No smoking inside apartments or in the yard/patio. We do not allow animals due to health and safety concerns. If you have a service animal with certificate, please notify us within 3 days of booking confirmation. Guest must sign Renter Agreement within 7 days of booking.

Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer. Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our condo is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants. There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. Family of 4 with two kids, now 15 and 12. We've traveled a lot over the years internationally and stateside, and have been to San Diego many times before, and have stayed in our share of Airbnbs. This property is by far our best experience with an Airbnb. Whatever is shown in the pictures and written in the description is accurate. It's clean, bright, organized and has all the basic amenities for adults and children. My wife is a stickler for clean and organized and she was impressed. The outdoor area and shared spaced is as shown and well maintained. The garage has all you need for a day at the beach: wagons, umbrellas, chairs, cooler, sand toys and boogie boards. The parking space is very convenient and fit our Ram 1500. The location is 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance to many places to eat, get coffee or stroll. Stephanie was very communicative and informative with everything we needed to know beforehand and checked on us throughout our stay. We would stay again.

We had a really great stay. Location: The place was only a couple blocks from the beach and really tasty restaurants, so it was perfect for our family — my daughter hates getting in the car so she loved walking everywhere here. The place: it was really clean and spacious. It was so well stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated the kids play kitchen and a couple kids books. It really helped occupy my young kids as soon as we got in. They felt right at home. We also appreciated the beach toys and wagon. Communication: we very much appreciated the responsive comms and when I had an issue with the washing machine, it was resolved quickly. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here in San Diego and Stephanie and Melina were wonderful hosts. Thank you!

We stayed here with some friends of ours for a long weekend and loved it so much we immediately booked another stay to bring our grandkids back. The condo is very clean, well equipped along with everything needed for a fun weekend on the beach, and walking distance to everything. Thanks for hosting us!

We had the most wonderful stay in Family Getaway 3. Our host provided everything we could possibly need from Kitchen appliances and utensils, bathroom and bedroom needs, beach visit supplies and a warm and inviting family area in the apartment. This was just perfect and I can't think of anything I would change. Excellent!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Stayed for 3 nights with my cousins and my 6 month old baby. GREAT location!!! So walkable to EVERYTHING! The space was spacious and had everything we could need. The beach chairs and extras in the garage were super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This air bnb was a dream! It was so clean and well put together! The clean, white sheets and towels felt like we were in a cloud. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and cooking tool. There were extra towels and blankets in a linen closet, and I loved the downstairs garage stocked with beach gear and equipment! It truly was the perfect location, the host was so accommodating, and I loved all the recommendations. We hope to stay again next summer! It was truly one of my favorite trips of the year, and the air bnb was one of the best parts! Thank you!
