Welcome to this family beach retreat, offering a blend of comfort and convenience for families of all sizes. Step into a thoughtfully furnished living area with flat-screen TV for cozy movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, providing all the essentials for preparing delicious family meals. Share laughter and stories around the dining table, or take the festivities outdoors to the private patio hwere you can savor meals with a refreshing ocean breeze. Kitchen is equipped with Keurig and drip coffeemakers, coffee bean grinder, rice cooker, blender, toaster, pots/pans, spices and dinnerware for adults and children. Young children will love the toy kitchen that allows them to cook alongside their parents. The three bedrooms are designed with families in mind, featuring a mix of comfortable bedding configurations to accommodate everyone. The master bedroom has a king size bed (and TV) with en suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a full size crib. All bedrooms have blackout curtains and all bed sheets are 100% cotton. The downstairs living room has a queen pull-out sofa bed. Our rental comes with a full-size crib, pack 'n play, high-chair, stroller, and children's dish ware and utensils. We are also right next to Pacific Beach Library for some quiet reading time with the family and a small playground to enjoy. We are 3 blocks to the bay to watch Seaworld Fireworks or movie over the water at the Catamaran Hotel. The attached garage with code-pad entry (measuring 37' by 8') fits one large vehicle such as Honda Odyssey minivan, can be accessed from the back of the building. We offer all the beach gear your family will need, including boogie-boards, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a wagon to wheel everything down to the beach. The garage is adjacent to the kitchen with indoor entryway. Street parking is free and first come first served. We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. We also have a washer and dryer in the attached garage, with detergent provided. Cozy private outdoor patio with BBQ and patio set allows you to grill outdoors and share a meal under the San Diego sun! We strongly encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance. Primary guest must be 25.
