Located on a quiet street in North Pacific Beach, just 2 blocks to the beach, this newly remodeled spacious 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home has large kitchen, central A/C, brand new bathrooms, garage and large yard with jacuzzi, BBQ and outdoor seating. Perfect for families to relax with the ocean breeze and California sun. We provide all the beach gear and baby gear! Professionally cleaned using enhanced cleaning protocols.

Good to know

For sleeping arrangements, we have 4 huge bedrooms, with a king size bed in each room, except for one bedroom that has 2 twin beds, perfect for kids. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We can sleep up to 8 adults comfortably. We also have a sofa sleeper in the living room. Our home is perfect for a three-generation family, 2 families vacationing together, or 3-4 couples who are looking for a great beach getaway! We just remodeled two full bathrooms and completely re-landscaped the backyard to add a jacuzzi, putting green, and lots of seating. The kitchen comes fully stocked with drip, Keurig and Nespresso coffeemakers, coffee grinder, pots/pans, spices, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal. We provide all the linens, pillows, blankets, sheets, towels. There are full size washer and dryer and detergent. Provided beach gear includes boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, beach toys, and wagon. Pack light if you are vacationing with little ones. We offer a crib, two pack 'n plays, one high chair, and single and double strollers. Parking are detached garage and free overnight street parking in front of the house. Internet speed is 500 Mbps. We strongly encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance. For larger groups, we also have a separate 2 bedroom unit in the back available for 6 more people! The back unit is completely separate from the front house and there are no shared use of the backyard or beach equipment to maintain your privacy, but there is a gate we can open for guests who rent both units together. Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer. Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants. There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Stephanie und wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles so schön eingerichtet und durchdacht, das hat unseren Aufenthalt in San Diego besonders gemacht. Gerade die Lage ist perfekt für den Strand, aber man ist auch sehr schnell im Stadtzentrum.

Beautiful home perfect for a large family. We were there for a wedding and close to the brides place as well as the beach. Home was very comfortable and well stocked. Bathrooms were gorgeous. Loved the variety of coffee machines and even a milk frother. Just like home for us. Highly recommend.

We had the most amazing stay here, it was our first big family trip with my parents, sibling and 3 of our kids, the house was perfect for bigger groups and kids, the beach supplies were such an amazing addition the kiddos loved the wagon. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, street parking was never an issue. The house was stocked full of absolutely everything we could’ve needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were so beautiful. We absolutely loved the backyard and the ease of use with the hot tub. I’ve already sent the link to this home to multiple friends and family saying how much we loved it, we will definitely be returning to stay here again and again!!

We enjoyed Stephanie's place with a couple of friends for a weekend stay. The place is very clean, well appointed/equipped, spacious, and conveniently located. It's close to everything in the Pacific Beach area...restaurants, cafes, bars, and of course the beaches and the "board/coast walks." All are within minutes of walk. Thanks, Stephanie!

We had a wonderful stay. Our group was 4 adults and 3 kids and the house felt spacious and very comfortable. The location was great. An easy walk to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. You are close enough for it to be convenient but the neighborhood is quiet and residential. Parking was easy as well. The house is incredibly well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay with kids. There were toys, beach items, two wagons, multiple boogie boards etc. The house is very clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed the backyard especially the spa. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. We were able to drop our bags off early and store them in the garage after checkout which was very convenient. I hope to stay here again next summer!
