Hosted by Pacific Beach Luxury. Ideally located one block to the beach and near the heart of Pacific Beach, this brand new bedroom 2 bath condo has it all for your family beach vacation! Everything inside has been completely remodeled and beautifully decorated, equipped with central A/C, TV, parking, & shared patio. Beach/baby gear provided. Guest must be 25 years or older. No parties and quiet hours 9pm-9am. Internet speed is 1Gbps. This is a first floor unit.

Good to know

Our Emerald rentals have recently been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and heating and air conditioning. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable and free WiFi. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with Keurig and drip coffeemakers, pots/pans, spices, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal. For sleeping arrangements, we have 2 large bedrooms, with a king size bed in the master bedroom, and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom, perfect for kids. We also have a pull-out couch in the living room. All bedrooms has blackout curtains. For the little ones, we offer a crib, pack 'n play, high chair, and single and double strollers. This is a downstairs unit with another unit above.

House rules

Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. Enclosed front yard and back patio are shared among 4 units. No parties. Quiet hours 9pm-9am. No smoking inside apartments or in the yard/patio. We do not allow animals due to health and safety concerns. If you have a service animal with certificate, please notify us within 3 days of booking confirmation. Guest must sign Renter Agreement within 7 days of booking.

Stephanie was an amazing host and our stay was everything we hoped for. Everything one would hope for in a stay was in this home. Location wise was a big highlight as you are a short walk away to the beautiful beach views and so many great restaurants. The place itself was very clean and all instructions were very clear, including recommendations. One of the best parts was how family friendly the place was from beach toys, stroller, pack n play, crib and more. It truly made a huge difference in our stay and we are truly appreciative. The hosts are the best of the best when it comes to accomodating guests. I highly recommend and look forward to a future stay.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce logement de San Diego. Le quartier était très vivant, l’appartement est à distance de marche de la plage et de multiples restaurants. Plusieurs accessoires pour rendre les visites à la plage parfaites. Le logement était propre, très fonctionnel pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Vraiment le tout était parfait.
