Enclosed front yard with BBQ and play area and back patio with BBQ are shared among 4 units. Beach/baby gear provided. Internet speed is 500Mbps.

Our Emerald rentals have recently been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and heating and air conditioning. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable and free WiFi. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with Keurig and drip coffeemakers, pots/pans, spices, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal. For sleeping arrangements, we have 2 large bedrooms, with a king size bed in the master bedroom, and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom, perfect for kids. We also have a pull-out couch in the living room. All bedrooms has blackout curtains. For the little ones, we offer a crib, pack 'n play, high chair, and single and double strollers. This is a downstairs unit with another unit above. The beautiful enclosed patio is shared among the four units in the building. It offers plenty of space for residents to work, cook at the BBQ, and watch children play on the grass. We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. There is a laundry room on site, and we provide laundry detergent.
