Ideally located one block to the beach and in the heart of Pacific Beach, this 2 bedroom 2 bath downstairs condo has been completely remodeled and beautifully decorated, equipped with A/C, TV, parking, and a shared enclosed yard with BBQ with a play area and another patio in the back. One block to restaurants, shops, Brandy Melville, and bike rentals! Beach/baby gear provided. Internet speed is 1Gbps.

Good to know

Our Emerald rentals have recently been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and heating and air conditioning. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable and free WiFi. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with Keurig and drip coffeemakers, pots/pans, spices, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal. For sleeping arrangements, we have 2 large bedrooms, with a king size bed in the master bedroom, and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom, perfect for kids. We also have a pull-out couch in the living room. All bedrooms has blackout curtains. For the little ones, we offer a crib, pack 'n play, high chair, and single and double strollers. This is a downstairs unit with another unit above.

House rules

Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. Enclosed front yard and back patio are shared among 4 units. No parties. Quiet hours 9pm-9am. No smoking inside apartments or in the yard/patio. We do not allow animals due to health and safety concerns. If you have a service animal with certificate, please notify us within 3 days of booking confirmation. Guest must sign Renter Agreement within 7 days of booking.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and incredibly well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, so we could easily enjoy the sun and surf whenever we wanted. Stephanie was fantastic—super communicative and always available to help with any questions or recommendations. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place near the beach!

We loved our stay here in PB at this airbnb with our toddler. It was so clean, nicely updated, had great amenities, walkable and felt safe. A plus was how comfortable the beds and pillows were. Great enclosed outdoor area too. We’ve stayed at over 25 airbnbs over the years and this is one of the best. Even though you are super close to a busy town, it was so quiet in our space. Although it didn’t bother us, we noticed footsteps upstairs. Did not wake us up or anything.
