Hosted by Pacific Beach Luxury. Ideally located one block to the beach and in the heart of Pacific Beach, this 2 bedroom 2 bath downstairs condo has been completely remodeled and beautifully decorated, equipped with A/C, TV, parking, and a shared enclosed yard with BBQ with a play area and another patio in the back. One block to restaurants, shops, Brandy Melville, and bike rentals! Beach/baby gear provided. Internet speed is 500Mbps. This is a downstairs unit.

Good to know

For sleeping arrangements, we have 2 large bedrooms, with a king size bed in the master bedroom, and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom, perfect for kids. We also have a pull-out couch in the living room. All bedrooms has blackout curtains. For the little ones, we offer a crib, pack 'n play, high chair, and single and double strollers. This is a downstairs unit with another unit above.

House rules

Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. Enclosed front yard and back patio are shared among 4 units. No parties. Quiet hours 9pm-9am. No smoking inside apartments or in the yard/patio. Guest must sign Renter Agreement within 7 days of booking. We do not allow animals due to health and safety concerns. If you have a service animal with certificate, please notify us within 3 days of booking confirmation.

Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer. Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our condo is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants. There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was responsive and made the check-in process seamless. But the real highlight was the area—absolutely amazing! Great restaurants, beautiful scenery, and a vibrant atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

Having a car is important to get around San Diego, but you can can walk to everything in Pacific Beach from this condo. Beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, playgrounds, bike rentals are all within walking distance.
