Our Luxury Beach Townhouse has just been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and central heating and air conditioning. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable, free fast WiFi, and DVD player, also a flat screen TV in the master bedroom. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with drip and Keurig coffeemakers, rice cooker, blender, all the utensils, pots/pans, spices, and dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal. All living space is on the second level and stairs can be blocked off with a baby gate. Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms can accommodate 6 adults, while the living room has a pull-out sofa to sleep two more. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a full size crib. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We can sleep 8 adults comfortably! We have two small children and really appreciate kid-friendly accommodations when we travel. Therefore, our unit comes with a full-size crib, pack 'n play, high-chair, stroller, and children's dish ware and utensils. We are also right next to Pacific Beach Library for some quiet reading time with the family and a small playground to enjoy. We are 3 blocks to the bay to watch Seaworld Fireworks or movie over the water at the Catamaran Hotel. Our home is perfect for any sized family looking for a great beach getaway! Our garage with code-pad entry (measuring 37' by 8') fits one large vehicle such as Honda Odyssey minivan. We offer all the beach gear your family will need, including boogie-boards, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a wagon to wheel everything down to the beach. The attached garage is adjacent to the stairs which goes up to all the living space upstairs. Street parking is free and first come first served. We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. We also have a washer and dryer in the attached garage, with detergent provided.
