Ideally located one block to the beach and in the heart of Pacific Beach, this 2 bedroom 2 bath upstairs condo has been completely remodeled and beautifully decorated, equipped with A/C, TV, parking, and a shared enclosed yard with BBQ with a play area and another patio in the back. One block to restaurants, shops, Brandy Melville, and bike rentals! Beach/baby gear provided. Internet speed is 500Mbps.

Good to know

For sleeping arrangements, we have 2 large bedrooms, with a king size bed in the master bedroom, and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom, perfect for kids. All bedrooms has blackout curtains. For the little ones, we offer a crib, pack 'n play, high chair, and single and double strollers. The beautiful enclosed patio is shared among the four units in the building. It offers plenty of space for residents to work, cook at the BBQ, and watch children play on the grass. We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. There is a laundry room on site, and we provide laundry detergent. House rules

Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. Enclosed front yard and back patio are shared among 4 units. No parties. Quiet hours 9pm-9am. No smoking inside apartments or in the yard/patio. We do not allow animals due to health and safety concerns. If you have a service animal with certificate, please notify us within 3 days of booking confirmation. Guest must sign Renter Agreement within 7 days of booking.

Neighborhood

Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer. Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our condo is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants. There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. From the moment I made the reservation, to the moment we checked out we felt very taken care of. We loved all the extra supplies for the beach. We were traveling with a one year old, so it was great not having to haul a bunch items, it was all there. Super clean, great location. We hope to do it again next year!

A few things impressed me and my family: 1. My kids love kitchen toy station and toy food sets. 2. Double stroller, sand toys and everything needed for kids playing or beaches are fully stocked, clean and ready-to-use, saved us so much time and effort. 3. Responsive and helpful staff, organized home (rack hanger to dry clothes/towel, step stool, high chairs) made staying really convenient. 4. Nice layout (large living room, child protection on sharpe edge) and other small details made me worry less when letting kids play around.

Perfect stay! The condo is immaculate. Everything about staying there is straightforward and easy. Stephanie’s place had everything you need to go to the beach! We could not have had a better stay in PB. I wish every beach stay came with what this place has.

This place was extremely clean and had everything we needed! The cleanliness was superb and location even better. The beach is walking distance as are the restaurants. Stephanie provided check in instructions before arrival and reached out to see if things were fine or if we needed anything. Having a wagon provided for our toddler and all our beach stuff was a huge plus. Beach chairs, strollers and beach toys were also available. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about this stay. Location is beautiful and you're only a few minutes walk from dozens of great restaurants. One morning I left to pick up breakfast for my family and left at 5 til 7. I ended up having to wait a few minutes because I got there too early! The listing itself is part of a 4-condo unit. We stayed upstairs and everything was very quiet. We were in Pacific Beach in early June, so there was one loud party on a Saturday night at a nearby house that went past midnight, but there was nothing to be done about that. Other than that, the neighborhood was far more quiet than I would have expected for where we were. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen/bathrooms had everything we needed. I'd put this in my top AirBnB stays. Thanks so much!

When you get to the garage to park your car from the back alley, you'd think you've made a mistake. But, once you get into the home, or when you enter from the front gate, you know for sure you're going to have a great time. We got unit no. 4 on the 1st floor. The place is literally a 5 minute walk away from everything - the beach, nightclubs, restaurants and shops. A large living room with a Smart TV and ample seating for the family. The well stocked and equipped kitchen. An island counter / dining table. 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms - 1 with 2 large queen sized beds (bathroom not attached) and another with a large king sized bed and an attached bathroom. 2 storage rooms as well. For longer stays, the laundry room downstairs is a blessing. Melina helped us out using it, since we only had international phones. Excellent beds and linen. Comfortable sleep. Towels and napkins of good quality Melina was always available on the phone with anything that you'd require and suggestions

My second time staying here and it’s the perfect find for PB. Walkable to the beach and restaurants, easy parking, and all the beach accessories (chairs, towels, umbrellas) that you can’t pack on a flight but still want.

Very walkable to many delicious restaurants and the beach! The sand toys and beach gear was very much appreciated by my 4 year old! The place was lovely and very clean and was so quiet despite being right by all the action! We loved our stay!

We had a very nice stay in unit #4 with our 5 month grand daughter. Condo is very family friendly. Master bedroom and bathroom are especially spacious and comfortable. We strolled the baby several times a day and Emerald St is a quiet neighborhood and easy to cross streets to the beach.

Having a car is important to get around San Diego, but you can can walk to everything in Pacific Beach from this condo. Beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, playgrounds, bike rentals are all within walking distance.
